Summer Rates
The Summer Term runs from the 1st June to the 31st August.
Type 1. Single Bed Twin Room. 110 Euro per week.
Type 2. Double Bed Twin Room. 110 Euro per week.
Type 3. Single Bed Own Room. 140 Euro per week.
Type 4. Large 1 Bedroom Apartment. 2 x Single Beds, 140 Euro per week.
Type 5. Standard Size Room, Double Bed own room. 145 Euro per Week.
Type 6. Large 1 Bedroom Apartment. 2 x Double Beds, ?145 Euro per Week.
Type 7. Superior Size Room,?Double Bed own room. 155 Euro per week.
Type 8. Superior?En- Suite, Double Bed own room. 170 Euro per week.
Type 9. 3 x Bedroom Apartment. 1 x Double bed en-suite bedroom and 2 x Bedrooms with a double bed, sleeps 6 adults. 700 Euro per week.
We have a selection of different size apartments, or room only to let, We let for a minimum of two weeks. Please contact me for full details of what we have available.
The above rates include all bills ie, Taxes, Heating, Lighting, Refuse Collection, Satellite TV and High Speed Broadband in each bedroom. These rates are for single occupancy per room.
