Booking Deposit  /  Security Deposit  400 Euro
Your Booking Deposit of 400 Euro is held for the Academic Term as a Security Deposit against any damage that may be caused to the apartment or to pay any bills that remain unpaid at the end of May. This is refundable after all bills are cleared and an inspection of the apartment is carried out by housekeeping after the student has vacated the apartment at the end of May.

Energy Deposit 400 Euro
This is used to pay the ESB for the full Academic Term any amount unused will be refunded after the ESB supply the 40 week  statement for your apartment.

Accommodation Fee
If you are paying in two instalments the 1st term fees need to be paid before the end of August and be accompanied with a post dated cheque dated 1st December to cover the 2nd term fees. The 1st term fees must be paid before arrival. The 2nd term fees must be paid on or before the 1st December. Should we not receive the 2nd term fees by the due date, we reserve the right to release your room to another resident without warning. Please note we only accept bookings for the full Academic Year, if you leave before the 31st May you are responsible for the accommodation fees up to the 31st May.
Your room will be re advertised and should a suitable replacement be found all rent received less any associated charges will be refunded to you.

Cancellation 1st Years students
Your acceptance of the Letter of Offer establishes a legal agreement between you and Blackmore Court for the provision of housing for the full academic year. This agreement may only be terminated by meeting the following requirements. Cancellation of your booking must be made within 2 days of the CAO 1st round offers being published. Cancellation on or before this date will result in a 150 Euro administration fee. Cancellation after this date will result in the total loss of all fees paid. Cancellations received after the start of the academic term on 1st September will result in the student being billed for the full academic year. The room will be re advertised and should a suitable student be found all rent received less any associated costs will be refunded.
Cancellations all other students
