Patrick Street is the main street in Cork and is only 250 meters, while the South Mall which is the Banking and Financial street in Cork is only 100 meters.
When is payment due
Payment is made in 3 stages.
1. 885 Euro Booking Deposit
2. 50% of Term Fees to be paid 14 days after the booking deposit.
3.The 2nd 50% of fees are to be paid before 1stDecember.
Note: The second stage payment of the fees must be paid in full before the 1st December. All rooms are let on a full Term Basis only. This runs from the 1st September to the 28th May. If a student wishes to cancel for any reason during the Letting Period we will do our best to find an alternative suitable student to take over the letting of the room. If the room remains empty, liability for the rent remains the responsibility of the student on the Accommodation Contract until the contract terminates on the 28th May.
Method of Payment
Payment is by Bank Draft, or Bank Transfer for overseas students,
Irish Students may use a Bank Draft or a cheque.

Bed Linen
Duvets, Pillows, Bed Linen, Mattress Protection Cover, Towels and a Laptop connection cable to an Internet port are not supplied. They are available locally for approx 60 euro.
Laundry Facilities
They are 2 self service laundries available on site. Tokens are available each morning.
Bicycle Storage and Rental.
Both are available on site.

Free High Speed connection in each bedroom.
TV and DVD.
Each apartment has a 32 inch plasma flat screen TV , and a multi region DVD with a USB port.

Refuse
Each apartment is responsible to bring its own refuse to the recycling area at the rear of the development. ?This is then collected twice a week.
Important Note
Smoking and Pets are not allowed in the building. This will be strictly enforced.
