When is payment due

Payment is made in 3 stages.

1. 885 Euro Booking Deposit

2. 50% of the Accommodation Fees are to be paid within 14 days of sending the booking deposit.

3.The 2nd 50% of the Accommodation Fees are to be sent by way of a post dated cheque dated the 1st December and sent with the cheque for the 1st 50% of the Accommodation Fees.

Note: All rooms are only let for the full Academic year and not part thereof. This runs from the 1st September to the 27th May. If a student wishes to cancel for any reason during the Letting Period we will do our best to find an alternative suitable student to take over the letting of the room. If the room remains empty, liability for the rent remains the responsibility of the student until the contract terminates at the end of May.

Payment is by Bank Draft, or Bank Transfer for overseas students,

Irish Students may use a Bank Draft or a cheque.

Bed Linen

Duvets, Pillows, Bed Linen, Mattress Protection Cover, Towels and a Laptop connection cable to an Internet port are not supplied. They are available locally for approx 60 euro.

They are 2 self service laundries available on site. Tokens are available each morning.

Free High Speed mains connection in each bedroom and it is not password protected .

Each apartment has a 32 inch plasma flat screen TV , and a multi region DVD with a USB port.

Refuse

Each apartment is responsible to bring its own refuse to the recycling area at the rear of the development. This is then collected twice a week.
