Patrick Street is the main street in Cork and is only 250 meters, while the South Mall which is the Banking and Financial street in Cork is only 100 meters.

When is payment due

Payment is made in 3 stages.

1. €400 Euro Booking Deposit / Security Deposit

2. 50% of the Accommodation Fees are to be paid before arrival together with an Energy Deposit of €400.

3.The 2nd 50% of the Accommodation Fees are to be sent by way of a post dated cheque dated the 1st December and sent together with the cheque for the 1st 50% of the Accommodation Fees.

Note: All rooms unless stated otherwise on the Booking Form for example Erasmus Students Booking are only let for the full Academic year only and not part thereof. This runs from the 1st September to the 27th May. If a student wishes to cancel for any reason during the year, liability for the rent remains the responsibility of the student until the booking terminates at the end of May.We will do our best to find an alternative suitable student to take over the letting of the room. All money received from such a re letting will be refunded to you.

Method of Payment

Payment is by  Bank Transfer for overseas students.

Irish Students may use a Bank Transfer, Bank Draft or a Cheque.

Bed Linen

Duvets, Pillows, Bed Linen, Mattress Protection Cover, and Towels  are not supplied. They are available locally for approx 60 euro.

They are 2 self service laundries available on site. Tokens are available each morning.

Free Unlimited High Speed WiFi is available in each apartment.

Free Sky Tv Pack. Each apartment has a 36 inch plasma flat screen TV , and a multi region DVD with a USB port.

Private off Street Parking is available if necessary in a nearby garage with secure 24/7 access and CCTV coverage.Please inquire re availability before you confirm your booking.

Refuse

Each apartment is responsible to bring its own refuse to the recycling area at the rear of the development. This is then collected twice a week.

Smoking and Pets are not allowed in the building.
